What now?

Take care when watering,
For weeds around your focus
Drink water too, and it is hard
To control the spill and flow
And neighbors near, and not so near
Soon drink and grow, up and out
And overcome their skulking lurk.
It is a want-less, hated quirk:
Work often makes more work.
